Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

OATS, APPLES (SULFITED), SUGAR, DEXTROSE, NATURAL FLAVORS, SALT, CINNAMON, CARAMEL COLOR.

Preparation Method

MICROWAVE: 1. Combine 1/2 cup nonfat milk and contents of one packet into a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Stir. 2. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed). 3. Remove from microwave, stir and let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Enjoy. CAUTION! BOWL AND OATMEAL WILL BE HOT. ***1/2 cup (4oz) skim milk contributes an additional 40 calories, 65mg of sodium, 6g carbohydrate (sugar 6g) and 4g of protein.
